/CNW/ - Osmium Special Situations Fund Ltd. (Osmium), announced that today it has acquired control over 582,700 units (Units) of Claymore Silver Bullion Trust (the Fund), representing approximately 8.2% of the presently issued and outstanding Units. Such Units were acquired in various trades through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at an average price of CDN$10.19.
Following the acquisition of Units, Osmium controls 1,244,800 Units, representing approximately 17.5% of the presently issued and outstanding Units.
The Units were acquired for investment purposes only. Osmium may from time to time acquire further Units, or dispose of their holdings of Units, depending on market conditions and other relevant factors.
